What was the greatest value of the tour?

“The people I met, the relationships I formed, and an increased awareness with respect to water and nutrient management. I was also impressed by the quality and experience of the other participants. All the people in the group were seriously good farmers and were passionate about minimizing the adverse effects of their farming operations on the environment. It was without a doubt one of the best study tours that I have been on.”

“The value of any tour is not what you see but who you meet. We had a group from three countries; from corporate and family-farming backgrounds; involved in intensive livestock, dryland, irrigated, and high-input irrigated cropping; hailing from tropical and temperate farming regions.
